Open Love NY presents Poly Movie Night, a FREE series of feature films that focus on the portrayal of consensual / ethical non-monogamy in cinema. This month we’ll be at the Postmark Café in Park Slope, Brooklyn!
Please join us for “Sunday Bloody Sunday” (1971), director John Schlesinger’s thought-provoking follow up to “Midnight Cowboy.”
We’ll meet at the cafe at 6:30 for pre-screening socializing and start the movie at 7 pm. Postmark Cafe is about 3 blocks from the 4th Avenue/9th Street R and F trains. The more people come, the more likely we’ll continue the event! Food and drinks (non-alcoholic) are available for purchase from the Café throughout the event.

Synopsis: In London, young artist Bob is in relationships with both an older Jewish doctor, Daniel, and a divorced woman, Alex, who share mutual friends and an answering service. This film contains, arguably, the first affectionate and consensual on-screen kiss between two men. Running time: 1 hour, 50 minutes.
