Finding polyamory can be a joyful, liberating experience but also a deeply confusing one full of new jargon, skill sets, expectation, and emotions. How do we navigate these waters with intention and care, enjoy our New Relationship Energy while mitigating negative impacts on others in our lives, find stability, approach the dreaded Google calendar scheduling and figure out who we are in this new landscape without getting sucked in a Polyamory Vacuum? This session will include both workshop-style instruction and discussion, with the former providing a framework for an honest and open conversation about where we are and where we would like to be both for ourselves and for our partners.

Rev. Jeri Lynn Herbert-Brigante aka Cliodhna Kahli Sapphire, HP is a Hudson Valley based end of life doula, dancer/model/artist, and community organizer/activist who is currently serving as the President of Open Love NY and attending Tulane University as a Masters of Social Work and Master of Science in Disaster Resilience Leadership candidate with a certificate in Disaster and Collective Trauma. Formerly the founder/President of Jersey City Polyamory and Alt Relationship Network, Jeri is proud to be serving as President of Open Love NY. She is the co-coordinator (aka Auntie Mermaid) of The Findyhoppers, a member of the Raks al Zahra International Troupe, and will be traveling all over the country this year performing bellydance in The Radiant Tarot. She has had the honor of performing with and facilitating Public Urban Ritual Experiment (an international community of dancers, musicians and artists who believe in the power of creativity for healing, personal growth and positive change), the Myra Krein Dance Residency in San Miguel de Allende, the Havana Habibi residency in Cuba, and 1920s Meets Bellydance residency in Kona, Hawaii. Cliodhna/Jeri has presented at Poly Living Philadelphia, Rocky Mountain Poly Living, APW, Southwest Lovefest, PolyDallas Millenium, THE Beltane, the Loving Choices Seminar in Oklahoma City, and Open Love Presents in NYC.
