It has been a challenging couple of years, and as the world begins to open back up many folks are dealing with new trauma and unique stressors. Additionally, the landscape of holidays can be a fraught time for consensually non-monogamous folks as they navigate balancing family of origin, chosen families, multiple partners, and friend groups. Although our usual end of year potluck meal is not on the table (haha very punny) this year, let’s gather virtually to reflect, express gratitude, and prepare for the rest of the year. This session will be part workshop including emotional regulation and breathing techniques and education, and part open discussion. All participants are asked to come with an open mind and an open heart, prepared to hold space for one another without judgment.
